Adobo Grill serves authentic Mexican cuisine in a festive and inviting atmosphere, that will give diners the chance to enjoy Adobo’s fresh guacamole, prepared tableside and a diverse selection of 100% blue agave tequila.

Central Standard is a new gastropub with a menu focusing on regional fare from the Central Standard time zone. Headed up by Executive Chef Ryan Wombacher the high-end gastropub offers dishes and cocktails that represent the essence of various regions within the CST zone-from poutine to Sazeracs.

At Paris Club, executive chef Alex Ageneau presents a traditional menu of authentic French cuisine inspired by his childhood in the Vendée region of France, and utilizes the best of seasonal ingredients. n his interpretation of the classic American steakhouse, esteemed chef and renowned innovator David Burke continues to redefine modern American cuisine and push the envelope of culinary creativity. David Burke’s Primehouse features hand-selected meats that are dry-aged on the premises in a Himalayan salt-tiled aging room.

As a premiere eco-friendly family of restaurants, Prasino makes it their mission to serve only the highest quality, farm-to-table ingredients for our guests to savor with a respect for a sustainable environment. Their priority is serving hormone/anti-biotic free meats, sustainable seafood, organic produce and eggs. Every effort is made to buy locally whenever possible, but has also sought out exceptional ingredients from around the country from like-minded vendors.

In Hawaii there are two things of equal importance-food and the “aloha” spirit. The blending of these two dynamic principles is how Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine was born. In 1988, James Beard Award winner Roy Yamaguchi opened the first Roy’s in Honolulu, Hawaii. Today there are over 37 locations around the world. Roy’s uses European techniques and Asian cuisine mixed with Hawaiian hospitality to create a fine dining experience unlike any other.

South Water Kitchen is a Midwestern son born on the southern banks of the Chicago River. Here you'll enjoy the comforting appeal of a friendly restaurant and relaxed tavern that casually caters to Loop locals and visitors alike. Inside South Water Kitchen, theatergoers, business folks and out-of-towners settle in and enjoy Executive Chef Roger Waysok's sumptuous creations.

Texas de Brazil is a Brazilian-American steakhouse, featuring a 50-item salad area, continuous service of sizzling cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage served tableside by a troop of carvers with long sword-like skewers. The Brazilian serving style and rustic atmosphere of Texas de Brazil allows guests to enjoy an incredible dining experience, complete with excellent service and exquisite food.

The comfortable atmosphere, with artful second-life décor, makes it a perfect West Side neighborhood gathering place. Influenced by the quality and tradition of family run butcher shops, TWO sources from trusted, small mid-western farms. They are often the first Chicago restaurant to feature renowned items, such as the heritage Hampshire pork, on their menu.
